Boat of Garten Holiday Park is a family run site, situated right in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. There is 24hrs surveillance and warden on site at all times. The park is open 12 months of the year. The site fees annually are £2,919.80 which are to be paid by monthly instalments of £243.32. These fees include all local rates, water, waste water and also the maintenance of the grounds. The only other expenses for each home would be the individual usage of gas and electricity. The electricity is charged at a standard rate and the gas bottles are £95.00 per 47kg bottle.
